The queen of the most widely loved, genre-defying novels including Rachel’s Holiday, Anybody Out There and Grown Ups will take to the stage to reveal stories from her early days, to becoming a multi-million copy bestselling author and literary icon whose novels have spanned generations.

As she turns 60, Marian will also talk about the joy of embracing new things and an overall refreshed approach to life.
To celebrate the paperback release of her sixteenth novel My Favourite Mistake, Marian will unpack her latest story of lost sparks and old flames, and what happens when high-flyer Anna swaps New York’s skyscrapers for the rugged Irish coast.
As Marian introduces a wonderful cast of new characters to fall in love with, she’ll also shed light on the novel’s themes including midlife lessons, friendship break-ups, letting go of mistakes, regret, and perceiving yourself differently.
