An embodied dance immersion in illuminated art, to discover the lumen-essence within.

Visual artist, dancer, and embodiment guide, Miranda Plum, brings these artforms together in a transcendent, dance experience, that is both deeply connective and liberating.

Saturated in projected artwork, and immersed in rhythm, Miranda weaves light and sonic vibrations to lead us to the conscious, illumination of our energy-body.

This series of 4 immersions are curated for you to connect, charge and integrate the rich textures of high vibrational energies that are available to you, in the most freeing artform of dance.

Session outline over 4 weeks:

1. Charge – A deep sensitivity and reverence is cultivated as we call-forth the voice of the body, and hear it speak in tones and textures, impulses and feeling. Here we touch energy as it if were matter, making the unseen rich and tangible, and bring it into open light through dance.

2. Calibrate – An energetic attunement as we activate our 7 core energy fields.  Here we are brought into what a balanced and aligned state feels like so we can integrate this energy-wisdom into our daily lives.

3. Liberate – Through embodying the frequencies, we come home to the innate truth: that we are sovereign and creative beings. When we know what these states feel like, they become easily accessible as our natural state.

4. Integrate – Stepping into our own personal mastery of embodied energetics and movement.

*Please bring a cushion, towel, a jumper or blanket, and water bottle.

*Your undiluted presence is a gift in these sessions, therefore there is no alcohol served or to be consumed in these sessions.
