Join bestselling author Chris Hammer (Scrublands, Silver) and screenwriter Jock Serong (co-writer of the Scrublands TV adaptation) for an insightful conversation about the television adaptation of Silver. Filmed in the stunning town of Augusta (standing in for Port Silver), Silver continues the gripping story of journalist Martin Scarsden from Scrublands. In this session, Hammer and Serong will discuss the journey of adapting a bestselling novel into a TV series, the challenges of capturing the essence of an Australian coastal town on screen, and the process of bringing beloved characters to life in a new medium.
